Appreciation Dinner Honors 93 Individuals

Ninety-three individuals from congregations throughout Western New York were presented with Religious Service Awards at the 22nd Annual Appreciation Dinner of the Network of Religious Communities on Thursday April 18, 2002. More than 730 people in attendance heard an inspirational address by Dr. Wilson Greatbatch, the inventor of the implantable heart pacemaker, and cheered as each of the 93 individuals, nominated by their respective congregations, received the Religious Service Award.
